Warranty

Home of the adjustable 2-size pocket diaper!

The warranty for our products is as follows:

Snaps: 1 year
Elastic: 6 months
Sewing: 3 months

Diapers that do not fit, leak or have wicking are not covered under warranties.

Defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Please keep in mind that the number of diapers that you have in your rotation, how often they are washed and how they are treated will affect the wear & tear and life of your diapers. When opening snap diapers, it is highly recommended that you do not tug the diaper open and that you apply gentle pressure to the "wings" when you open the snaps so that the surrounding fabric does not pull or tear.

To help the elastic last longer, do not stuff your diapers immediately upon taking them out of the dryer - allow the elastic to cool for a few minutes first.

Be aware that certain diaper rash creams can cause staining and build up potentially causing the fleece to become waterproof - we do recommend the Northern Essence diaper rash salve sold by Diaper Works - we have used it since 2003 with our cloth and have not had troubles with staining or repelling.
